PELAGIA YACHTING
PELAGIA YACHTING is the alliance of two people who are passionate about the sea and the nautical world. Quentin, an officer and captain on 20 to 50 metre vessels for 12 years and Hugo, a sailor and director of Arthaud Yachting, a well-known company in the world of charter and nautical events.
Perfectly located between Monaco and Saint Tropez, Cannes is the ideal place to welcome a new yacht sales, management and maintenance company.
Extremely dynamic and up to date, our company prides itself on being able to offer unrivalled expertise in the yachting industry. We have assembled a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who are ready to put their expertise at the service of our clients.
We are not classically trained and do not see ourselves as simply “boat salesmen and managers”. We talk about things we know because we believe that no one can have a better experience on board a boat than the crew members who have lived for months in close contact with clients of various nationalities.
Together, we provide you with a network, expertise and know-how. We are passionate about the sea and we have made it our business. We understand the need to make your life easier with consistent prices.

HUGO PRAT
Co-Founder
From a very young age, the sea has always been Hugo’s great passion. At the age of 10, he started sailing competitively on board dinghies and monohulls, before deciding to specialise in the nautical industry at the age of 18.
In 2009, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in this field and started working for a well-known charter company in Cannes.
In 2011, he joined Arthaud Yachting as marketing director, before becoming CEO in 2016. With his strong industry experience and excellent network in the yachting world, Hugo is a valuable asset to represent your yacht.
QUENTIN
Co-Founder
After having been at sea for the last 12 years in officer and captain positions on yachts from 20m to 50m with a significant longevity in this industry. I have been able to share in the projects of several ship owners, each with a different knowledge or expectation but all with a common goal.
I had the opportunity to follow 3 important refits in Italy and France as well as the construction / acceptance and delivery of a 47m commercial yacht in the Antalya region in Turkey.
In a desire to change and to accompany other shipowners in their yachting experience I had the opportunity to create with Hugo the manager of ARTHAUD YACHTING, a company recognized in the world of nautical events and charter (MYBA member).
FIONA LEONIS
Fleet Manager
Fiona is our Fleet Manager at Pelagia Yachting. With her experience in the yachting industry and her degree in event management, she is the ideal expert to manage our luxury yacht fleet. Fiona is passionate about events and yachts. She loves to put her creativity and passion to work for her clients. She is responsible for the selection of the most suitable vessels for our clients and ensures effective follow-up for their smooth operation.
Kristine Ribaud
Assistant Fleet Manager
Kristine, our Assistant Fleet Manager, is a key member of our team at Pelagia Yachting. She is responsible for our luxury yacht fleet to ensure safety and quality of service for our clients. With her experience and in-depth knowledge of the yachting world, she is able to effectively manage the maintenance needs of the vessels and ensure they are in top condition for our various clients. She works closely with our Fleet Manager to ensure optimal management of our yacht fleet.
JEFF MARTIN
Project Manager
Jeff, our Project Manager, is responsible for the management of yachting projects at Pelagia Yachting. He is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all aspects of projects, from preparation to completion. He has extensive experience in project management in general, and in the yacht charter and sales sector in particular. He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
CAROLINE PLASSIT
Accountant
Caroline is our accountant at Pelagia Yachting. She is responsible for the financial management of the company, ensuring that the finances are managed in an efficient and professional manner. She is in charge of accounts management, invoicing, cost accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation. Her extensive expertise in accounting and financial management is an asset to the company, ensuring that finances are well managed and key indicators for decision making are monitored. She is a key member of our team to ensure the sustainability of the business.
TOM VANDEL
Office Manager
Originally from Grenoble in the Alps, Tom grew up on the slopes and was a top-level athlete in Alpine Skiing. In 2017, after a long career at an international level, he stopped after his college graduation in the USA where he obtained a bachelor degree & competed at university level. He continued to travel & study abroad in Brazil & China during his Master degree at SKEMA. Destined to work in the hospitality industry following his education, Tom had to change industry due to COVID-19 and putting a foot into the yachting industry was the obvious choice. Passionate about water activities, sailing, the luxury industry & overall keen on the French Riviera’s climate & lifestyle, he has gained valuable knowledge since. He started as a charter broker, then moved into selling electric surfboards. Bilingual in English, enthusiast, and detail oriented, he makes sure the job gets done on time and that you will have a memorable experience on board. He happily joins the Pelagia Yachting in 2024 as the office manager of the new office based in Port Canto.
THOMAS AUTHIER
SEO & Webmaster
Thomas is the Swiss Army knife of the Internet, the geek of our team. Enthusiastic and hardworking, Thomas is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University. He is responsible for managing and optimising the company’s website to ensure an effective online presence and maximum visibility. He enjoys working in fast-paced environments such as the yachting industry, and helping businesses to make more revenue by deploying advanced SEO techniques. His company: YES!Design
Thomas is also passionate about sailing. He sailed to the Greek islands and crossed the Atlantic in 2017 on a Centurion 45S – a sailing boat from the Wauquiez shipyard. One of the best and worst experiences of his life! Go and ask him!
