Technohull is a Greek shipyard specialising in the production of motor RIBs, ideal for super yachts and speed enthusiasts alike. Their philosophy is to focus on speed, comfort at sea and high performance, always pushing each boat to its limits. With four models ranging from 38 to 50 feet, Technohull is one of the leading producers of RIBs and has always focused on quality rather than quantity. Technohull’s OMEGA 47, for example, is an exceptional boat on several levels.
For a start, the black RIB named MAXIMA features 3 Yamaha outboard engines, each with 425 HP, reaching a top speed of 62 knots and a cruising speed of 40 knots with a surprising fuel consumption of just 200 litres per hour. On this 14-metre semi-rigid with a beam of 3.46 m, the exterior layout includes all the features needed to make the most of a day at sea: large sunbathing areas forward, 6 comfortable armchairs near the cockpit, and plenty of seating with a dining table that can be converted into a sunbathing area. All these features have attracted a new owner with a passion for speed and thrills.
Delivered in 2021, the boat has mainly sailed on the French Riviera, with an appearance on Netflix for a TV show in St Tropez – but that’s our little secret.
